The Careerist Project Social Impact Group Coaching
The Careerist Project are committing their time, skills, purpose, and talent to individuals who have been deeply affected by the COVID-19. We are committed to individual’s personal, professional, and holistic growth and development by committing 6 weeks of virtual coaching to those who are serious-minded, talented, and part of this affected group.
We are identifying 6 women who are in need of personal, professional, and holistic coaching. If you are a women of color, unemployed, underemployed, or struggling financial; we encourage you to apply to our 6-weeks virtual coaching program. We are interested in those who are truly committed to their holistic and professional development.
Please take a look at our commitment below and if you can commit to the following, we are highly encouraging you to apply.
1. I will commit to completing all 6 weeks of group coaching, assignments and growth work.
2. I will commit to support my fellow cohort members in their professional and business endeavors via social media, attending events, and whatever support I can show
3. I will commit to further my social impact to myself, family, and local community through making intentional and impactful contributions.
4. I will commit to my personal mission, vision, and purpose.

About the Coaches
Andrea Imafidon, MSW
Andrea is a Clinical Social Worker and Certified Executive Coach, who helps individuals and become their best version of themselves through advocacy and holistic healing and expressive therapy. Andrea is also a Professor that teaches Psychology and Sociology at Fortis College in Birmingham, AL. She is a Speaker, Mentor, Blogger, Self-esteem and Holistic Health Advocate, and Social Media consultant. She is the Creator and Blogger of Brown Girl from Boston a blog dedicated to Black Women and Men, that discusses inner healing, self-esteem, socio-political issues, personal and professional development.
Shemika L. Moore, MBA
Shemika is an entrepreneur who is the founder and career coach of MICC , a career coaching business founded in 2017. She founded MICC because throughout her career starting her sophomore year at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI, she received mentoring and opportunities that helped guide her career path through an internship program for students of color called INROADS. Knowing that many will not receive the support, MICC was birthed to help provide the resources, training and guidance others need to achieve career and financial success, along joy and fulfillment.
